- 1962 Creation of Tissages Carret, a french company.
- 1998 Company takeover by Alain Carret. Move to 40 route de Joudin, Saint Genix sur Guiers, France
- 2015 Acquisition of Tissages Carret business, building, equipments and take over of the staff by Mr. Soler and Mr. Peyraverney. Creation of Société Nouvelle Tissages Carret.
- 2018 Acquisition of Filtratechnic business, stock and equipments and take over of staff. The activity becomes a new business unit of Société Nouvelle Tissages Carret.
